COULWOOD POOL RULES
All members and guests are required to sign-in at the kiosk in the front lobby.
All members, including children, shall use the pool and facilities at their own risk. NEVER SWIM ALONE.
All members 14 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult member.
Children under 6 years of age are not allowed in the main pool unless accompanied by someone 16 years of age or older, unless the child has passed Beginner’s swimming.
Only bathing suit attire will be permitted in the pool.
For your health and the health of others it is important to use good hygiene. All swimmers are required to shower before entering the pool. This is a County Environmental Health regulation.
Admission will be refused to anyone with open wounds, sores, skin infections, bandages, infectious diseases or under the influence of alcohol.
No horseplay, wrestling, or dunking that could hurt members or guests of members.
NO RUNNING IN THE ENCLOSED POOL AREA IS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
NO DIVING FROM THE DECK AREAS UNLESS DURING A SUPERVISED SWIM MEET OR SWIM TEAM PRACTICE.
No abusive or objectionable language will be tolerated on pool grounds.
Aqua socks or pool shoes that are worn as street shoes will not be allowed in the pool.
Unauthorized persons are not permitted near the filter area and pumps at any time.
No alcoholic beverages
NO smoking or use of tobacco products on the pool deck. All cigarettes and trash must be disposed of in trash containers outside of the fence.
NO GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR DECK AREA.
No pets allowed in the pool or deck area.
The Council will not be responsible for the loss of or damage to personal property.
The cost of any property damage due to negligence of a member or guest of a host member will be charged to that member.
Elected officials of the Board reserve the right to enforce rules, and remove violators at any time.
Continued non-compliance with any pool rule will result in revocation of membership without refund.
By agreeing to this waiver, you voluntarily agree on behalf of yourself and all members of your household to assume the forgoing risks, and accept full responsibility for the actions of you and your household members.
You agree to release Member Splash, its contractors, Board, and employees from liability, and hold harmless same from any claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind that could be perceived to have been derived from use of the facilities.
